Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply without restriction or reservation to all products and/or services offered by Sam Well’s (www.sam-wells.be/en/), hereinafter referred to as “the Site”. The fact for a natural or legal person, to order on the Site implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale. They are accessible at any time on the Site and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version and over the Customer’s own general conditions of purchase or others.

Rates and Payment Terms

The current prices are expressed in euros and always include all taxes (including VAT). However, we reserve the right to postpone any further tax and rate increases. You are bound by a legal obligation to pay once you have validated your reservation on the Site. In the case of online payment, you will be automatically redirected to the payment system selected in the form.

Claims and Disputes

Any complaint and/or dispute by the customer concerning the product or service must be made, exclusively by e-mail to [email protected], no later than 48 hours after the event giving rise to the complaint or dispute, on pain of forfeiture.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Products in stock are generally dispatched within 5 to 7 working days and delivered within 24 to 72 hours by our delivery service providers, with the exception of products in supply, which may require longer lead times depending on the case.

Right of Withdrawal

For the online sale of products, the Site is subject to the legal regulations in force, as defined by the Belgian Federal Public Service Economy. However, for online bookings of sessions in our salon, the Customer has no right of withdrawal.

Protection of Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy as outlined in our privacy policy.

Disputes and Applicable Law

Neither the Site, nor its publisher, nor its host, shall be held liable for any non-performance due to force majeure beyond their control. No complaint can be made to the publisher of the Site or its host regarding disputes other than purely relating to the technical operation of the Site. These general conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law.
